Gilligan’s morality of care

This theory explains about the moral developmwent which is focused on three different positions that are centered on a morality of care, or system of beliefs about human responsibilities, care, and consideration for others.

Fisrt position refers to the action of thinking and considering about oneself only. This kind of people only take care of themselves and they  do not think about others` needs.

Second position  talks about consirering others` needs, but a person does not take care of his owns.During this stagea person begins thinking about others`  needs, however, he or she does not take in consireration himself or herself needs.

Third position refers to the consideration that a person has  for himself and for others. During this stage  it is considered that a person thinks not only about others` needs  , but also his owns.Furthermore, it may help to create a balance between the preferences whgich is called self-actualization.
